Terms & Conditions for Gramercy Rehearsal Studios

Welcome to Gramercy Rehearsal Studios, by using our facilities and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Bookings and Cancellations

1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and will required a 50% deposit to confirm and hold your session. We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal and Cash. Deposits will be deducted from the balance and paid in full at the end of your sessions.

1.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee and deposit will not be refunded. Severe weather conditions, restricted public transportation will be considered if session is canceled less then 24 hours prior to the event.

2. Prohibited in the Studio / Liability

2.1. You will be  financially responsible for any damages to our  equipment during your session. 

 
2.2 Food/drinks are not allowed on amps. Tables are provided for drinks in the studio, food must be consumed in the reception area. Please discard all garage in bins, tidy up the studio before you leave. Smoking, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, and open flames are strictly prohibited in the Studio. Alcohol may be permitted for private events with prior

3. Personal Property

3.1. Gramercy Rehearsal Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the Studio.

 

4. Injury or Accidents

4.1. Renters will assume all risks associated with the use of the Studio and its equipment. We are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during your session. First Aid Kit is available in the reception area.

 

5. Third-Party Services

5.1. We are not responsible for services provided by third parties, including catering or equipment rental companies, hired by users for private events.

 

6. Special Events and Additional Services

6.1. Private Events,  Private music release parties and Film Production must be booked in advance and will require additional terms, deposits, or fees. Alcohol and catering services are permitted with prior approval. We have several packages for parties, inquire.

 

7. Recording and Privacy

7.1. Recording Sessions, If users record sessions at the Studio, they retain all rights to their recordings. We do not store or claim ownership of your work. *We will ask for prior for approval for us to photograph and or video tape and posted on social media.

7.2. Surveillance: For safety and security purposes, the Studio uses video surveillance in common areas are recorded with no audio.
