We require a 50% deposit to secure bookings for studio rentals, including band rehearsals, teaching sessions, workshops, and private events. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Please contact us promptly in case of any cancellations or rescheduling.
In the event of inclement weather, we will adhere to transit guidelines. If sessions need to be canceled due to snowstorms or unforeseen conditions affecting transportation, deposits will be refunded within 3-5 business days following the cancellation.
